I have been using FFS version 10.24 for quite some time, as I didn't like the revamped GUI interface in later versions.
I have recently moved OS from Win 7 to Win 10 and am thinking that I want to give a current version of FFS a try and see if I can get used to it. However, I am wondering if it will be okay to import my existing *.ffs_gui files into the new version? Can I do that without issues or do I have to start from scratch and build new sync pairs and save them as new *.ffs_gui files?
Transfer from FFS 10.24 to Current Version - Okay?

That will work fine. The worst I have seen is having to re-add the configuration to the FFS program, but I think that was unrelated to the upgrade I did

Okay, thanks very much. I'll sail ahead now and give the current version a try.

Well I upgraded from 10.24 to 11.28 and no hitch of any kind concerning my existing *.ffs_gui files. Just thought I'd confirm here, the information might help someone else sometime.
Still can't say I'm a fan of the file listing in the GUI after 10.24 but I'll persevere with it, maybe it'll be a bit less of irritant as time passes.
