Can't get the Windows Explorer working

Hi,

When starting the Application, the Carpet & Files tree doesn't appear. The "New" button is also disabled
So the left panel is empty i.e. useless at all.

I'd greatly appreciate some help.

What version?

Anyhow, I would back up, then try reinstalling.

While the New button may be disabled, does Ctrl+N (hotkey) or File | New, still work?

My version is FreeFileSync 11.28 (Donation Edition)

I don't know how to attach/paste the screenshot which I've just created

CTRL+N didn't work to enable "File/New"

I've tried to reinstall...still the same.
