I am using 5 external hard drives to mirror synch files to as backup. On three of them, all works well.
On two of them, when I am backing up one of my very large internal HDDs that I store video work on, I received a message (see attached) Cannot open directory "I:\System Volume Information" and Access is denied. If I click Ignore, all works fine and the files or synced/mirrored from internal HDD drive I to the external destination HDD. But it is annoying to get the message. Is there something I can do (change some permission or something) that would enable me to access this source HDD without getting the error? For example, I have another very large internal HDD that I also sync/mirror from to an external Backup HDD and I never receive this message. Thoughts?
