"is used by more than one item in the folder" Error

Hey,

I am syncing more than 2TB from Gdrive to a local HDD. all went well but then I am stuck with 6GB files that won't sync and keeps on showing the error "is used by more than one item in the folder".

Note that I am running the sync on a fresh clean win11 install.

what could be the issue?
