Android/Windows 10 file/folder syncing

I am new to this program and considering it's use. I have several programs that do file syncing already but none that allow me to sync my mp3 folders on my Windows 10 machine to a folder on my Samsung A20 cell phone connected by a USB cable. I can do anything on the cell phone that does not require a drive letter and I can do all normal file/folder manipulations with Windows Explorer such as add, delete, rename, et cetera. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Rename doesn't work I believe. It would just delete and write the new version. In the end, same result.
Other than that, syncing with a phone works fine besides some weird MTP qualms. Searching MTP on this forum will provide plenty of results
