So, i just wanted to copy a single file on google drive but i don't know how to locate a single file in ffs. the usual way of locating stuff doesn't work.
any help will be appreciated

Set a Filter.
Set your source/target directories as normal.
Set an Include Filter to the filename you're wanting.
While FFS will read all files, only that one file will actually be shown for sync.
(I'm pretty sure that is the way I went about it just the other day.)
