At realtime sync scanning if in any other new file is changed or deleted in between that scan means that is not syncing [After the scan completion also realtime sync is not doing rescanning to sync exiting file changes in between the scanning] (after the scan completed if any other file changes if we haves means then realtime will sync previously lefted files at that sync)main reason behind this is realtime sync is slow at large volume of data that is the primary causes for this sync issue

You seem to be making several statements; not asking any question.

Your statements are at least incorrect in that you are mixing up FreeFileSync (FFS) and RealTimeSync (RTS).

If you read FFS where you write RTS, your statements above are mostly correct.
RTS serves to monitor for changes (in between FFS syncs), and upon detecting any, will launch the specified application, normally FFS.
But, as written in the RTS manual page, RTS is not active during a FFS scan+sync.
So still, any changes occurring during a FSS scan+sync will only get synced during the next FFS sync.
