It would be great to have the possibility to enable and disable folder pairs within a configuration, for example with a checkbox close to the "+/-" buttons.
I have sync configurations with multiple folder pairs and often I feel that it would be really useful to quickly exclude some of them without modifying the configuration.
Of course a workaround is to delete a folder pair and run the compare/sync without saving the configuration, but an "enable" feature would probably be cleaner.
