Feature Request: Report items that only exist on right

I'd like to have a new Custom Configuration rule that will report new files found on the Right.

In my environment, I am basically doing a mirror from one system to its backup. But I would like to have any "orphans" on the target side identified. I don't necessarily want to do anything with them, but I would like to know about them.

Could an additional "Report Only" rule be added to allow orphans to simply be reported in the log file?

Simply run a left-right Compare, and select to view the suitable compare-result category (mid below the compare-results.
You can then review the list, and if you want to even export it (via Tools / Export file list).
