11.29 macOS version copying files in root OneDrive folder instead of destination

I have a folder in my macOS home folder that I mirror sync with OneDrive root folder. I don't know if this happened with previous versions, but now, any folder and file that is copied or overwritten in destinations folder, is copied in OneDrive root folder, making a mess.

For example, in my local home folder I have a folder that needs to be updated:
Books/English/Whatever

I run FFS, synchs it, but destination is

OneDriveRoot/Books/English/Whatever

And

OneDriveRoot/Whatever

And same happens with any file. If they sync has a lot of files, then there is a mess in my OneDrive folder.

Any idea what could be happening? Thanks.

Oh, no, what is doing is coping the files in OneDrive root folder instead of the real destination, making some kind of double linked files between the real destination place and the root at OneDrive...
