FFS stops at sync start

I have used FFS for many months now without any problems but a strange thing
started happening that prevents the program use. This problem occurred while
using FFS version 3.4 but still happens with version 3.7 and a previously
working configuration (or a new configuration). I am using Windows XP pro.

Everything works well as in the past when I load a configuration and run the
comparison. However, when I press the "start synchronization" button, all I
get is a very large blank window (much larger than the monitor screen) titled
"synchronization preview" and everything stops. I have to close that window to
get back to the FFS window.

I like FFS very much. Please help me get it working again.

This will be fixed with v3.8

Thanks for the reply. My problem may be related but I do not have the same
symptoms as the mentioned topic. In my case FFS worked for a long time
(version 3.4) without a problem until just recently. Secondly, the program
"hang up" always occurs no matter how many times I run it, not very other
time. I will try a re-install and see if that makes any difference.

The problem no longer exits! Before I tried to re-install FFS, I re-booted the
computer again. After that the program worked just like it should without the
need to try re-installing. I don't know what the cause of the problem was but
it must have been something with my computer. Anyway, all is well again.
