A Set of files in a particular subfolder are all shown in the source folder but shown as absent in the target folder and set to be added to target.
A physical verification shows that target folder has all these files with same names, sizes and dates.

The files are the same including their datetime stamps and sized.
However, Freefilesync reports them as different and offers to sync them.
