i used the default filters and when disabling them the left over data amounted to a little over 20kb. same for the symlink.
its finishing without errors as well, so no issues there.

Why are you backing up ProgramData in the first place?
These are permission errors because MS is protecting the files. You can run FFS as admin to mitigate that, but I can't think of a reason to back up ProgramData.
