Before FreeFileSync, I used rsync to backup my local external drive (Linux Mint 19.3/exFat) across an ethernet link to another exFat drive running under Raspbian Linux.
FreeFileSync insists on re-copying all that data for some reason (14TB at 100 Mbps)

Does <File Time Tolerance Seconds> have a maximum size?
