I ran the task from both my account and the system account.
Everything worked before updating to version 13

If outside of task manager, if "I" (you), who has full access to the folder, "manually" run a sync (so fire up FFS set left side to c:\needs 2 backup\, & right side to \\192.168.7.5\backup ...
