I think I found the problem.
On the save as batch job screen, the "When finished:" dropdown has defaulted to: "System: Shut down".
I cleared this drop down and resaved the .ffs. file and Real Time is now running with out shutting down the computer. So I guess the problem was with the "Save as ...

On the Synchronization Settings screen, bottom right, in the last box, there are two dropdown boxes:
The first - Run a command: Defaulting to "On completion:"
The second - Defaulting to "Example: shutdown /s/t/60" (no other choices in the dropdown there)
Is that the area you are referring to ...

Real Time shutting down computer
I am trying to get real time sync to work. When it runs it shuts down the computer.
