Following a quick 'google' it appears that there is no reliable way of doing this with the schedular, though one option is to trigger on event1074. But, how long the task will run for is rather ??? but probably barely a few seconds - just not enough!

Yup that was the conclusion that I was heading to as well.

I think that the finer granularity on RTS monitored folders is out - means it will require an update when any new users are added. I looked into this and it just gets 2 involved and does not easily handle new users.

So not using RTS and ...

I am trying to simply backup usueful files in the USER directory, for all users, to a USB flash drive.
The only problem with not carrying over the exclude filter(s) from FFS to RTS is the number of logfiles created. e.g. If you use *appdata* to exclude any appdata files from the FFS batch file ...

OK, if you say so - but that does not explain what happened when I tried a password reset on the 'daveaclayton' (Username) account. It comes back with an email using for the 'daveclayton' one...

Like I said, the 'daveaclayton' was established moons ago and dashlane tracks the password info.

I use Dashlane to track my accounts. I tried to login using the saved account 'daveaclayton' failed. I requested a password reset for 'daveaclayton'. The system sent the password reset request link to the expected email address.

I didn't spot that the email had change my user name from ...

Pleas note - I did join over a year ago, but your forum software won't let me reset the password, it created and reset a different username - I created a seperate ticket.

Hi,
Every time I try to reset my 'daveaclayton' account it does for 'daveclayton' instead.

Your software then gets mixed up b etween the 2 accounts. aaargh

Any ideas?

Hi,
I am trying to install 13.7 over a version that was a year or more old.

It failed.
Now I can no longer run the old version

I have tried several times to get it to install and it appears to fail at the same place.

Ideas?
