I too would like to see an option added to "Run command BEFORE sync" so that I can automatically wake up the remote host that I'm trying to sync with. In Windows, "\\hostname\\C$" doesn't wake up the remote host, thus I have to manually do so every time I want to sync. Would be much, much better to ...
