I'm sorry, it showed zero. I removed items from my Include List and found when I removed \ProgramData\ from the list it not only solved the problem, but it opened up many more folders and files which had not been synchronized. Thank you for your assistance.

I went back to the synchronized of folder C:\Users\George\Downloads and it exists. Files were actually copied into this folder in July of 2025. This is the time right before I updated to Windows 11.
