I found these paths (which are apparently there by default):

\System Volume Information\
\$Recycle.Bin\
\RECYCLER\
\RECYCLED\
*\desktop.ini
*\thumbs.db

I compared the source and destination with these paths removed from Exclude Filter, and it turned out that up to 10.8 GB wasn't copied ...
