this problem was because the FFS could not see the NAS folder location

solution was.

create a login item on the mac to open the NAS folder upon login, the FFS could see the NAS folder location

NAS folder needs changing??

hi,

I have a strange problem , I am syncing folders from a mac to a NAS

/users/joe/desktop

it runs as a batch file each night but fails. the error is that FFS cannot find the NAS target directory.

/Volumes/Staff/Joe/Desktop

when I browse to the NAS target directory to reconnect the target the ...

I am trying to exclude all folders below this path

/users/documents/Microsoft User Data

I have used
/users/documents/Microsoft User Data/*/
/users/documents/Microsoft User Data*/
/users/documents/Microsoft User Data/*

none of these seems to exclude from scanning and syncing,
anyone ...
