Thanks for your help. It works and actually removes all identical files from the different file list.

Update 3: I checked the properties of the folder in external drive in Linux. It showed that the total size of the contents of the directory is 19.1GB (92.927 items).

Update 2: chkdsk found no problems in any of the disks.

It has a GPL license, it is open source but it is not in debian repositories. I think this is a pity.
