Win 7 64bit UAC off

I have used FFS in the past on other machines to do this same thing but it is not working now. I am trying to sync 2 drives (E+F) but when I click compare it takes a second then comes back with no differences. There is 1.5 TB of data so I know it is not scanning all ...

Found a way around this to help others who may have this issue.
I used the below cron job and it is working.
/usr/bin/FreeFileSync /root/DATI-01.ffs_batch --display=:0.0
