I'm observing that "run only when user is logged on" versus "run whether user is logged on or not" is what controls whether or not the GUI presents when a .ffs_batch file gets called by Windows Task Scheduler.

@zenju and other developers...Thanks for this vital and brilliant app! I have it working great on a couple PCs syncing to a network NTFS share. I may be misunderstooding @oscarhannud but I think I'm observing the same or similar behavior.
