These steps have been tried successfully on 32bit Ubuntu ver 13.10 :
1. Launch Synaptic Package Manager. (It's not installed on Ubuntu by default. If you've not got it yet you can find it in the Ubuntu Software Centre).
2. Go to menu Settings->Repositories
