Well, I got the solution. I put the specific job file into root of each usb stick and nacking up would be easy as click on that file.

I would like to use one backup job file for various flash disks with various volume names. I would like to make mirrors in one folder and the would be multiple subfolder (as volume names) for each usb stick. Is that possible?

Is it possible to run a backup batch automatically after I plug in usb stick? Thank you.
