Ok, thanks for the info.
Very happy to see it this far already.

The comparison ends well. The sync stops and, says there is a crashdump, then crashes freefilesync and I can't seem to find the crashdump in any pertinent folder.
Redoing this to see if I can find a dump.

crashdumps sent to zenju [at] freefilesync.org

Ok, it connects in FTP if you just change the sftp:// in the command to ftp://.
Waiting for it to read all files (slow) and see if i can do a sync.

If you can't see the button try the menu "Tools" -> "Reset layout"
