Thanks for your reply, it was most illuminating. Before this latest failure, I erased and re-partioned the drive, first with Win disk management and then with Easeus Partition Master. I have some design and photo directories that are between 350 GB & 650 GB. When trying to sync them to a directory in a 15 TB flash drive it goes through all the motions but when I go to look at the flash drive there are only folders there, no files.

I have been using Cubby for years to sync files and folders between 5 PC's Some folders between just 2 PC's, some between all of them in real time without the use of a cloud. (Cubby is now deceased).
