Update: If I change the destination folder from S:\(Destination Folder) to the \\(IP Address)\(Destination Folder), I do not receive the errors. So far, it is still wanting to update everything, but I suspect that has to do with file stamp differences. I'll let it finish the 327GB sync and see how ...

The symptoms sound like a data corruption or hardware failure.
The same files sync fine to a USB hard drive. I've been using a 1TB WD Passport to sync the exact same folder for years without issue. The NAS is new and works great ...
