I see a big problem here Herman...
...I know nothing of Apple world.
I run away from them, years ago.
To much ... "do it my way" :-D
So I'm afraid I cannot be myself of any help on this issue,
but may be somebody will be!!

A) New/Edit PostLog.bat
Add one line = "cat `dir /od- /b [......\...\F8-log-directory] | head -1`"
B) edit the FFS.batch:
Add one line = "PostSyncCommand Condition="Completion">"...\PostLog.bat"
Nothing else to change.
Correct??
Many Thanks

My FFS.Batch file is run by taskmanager. The FFS help file has some info on calling batch files. toby9999, 23 Jul 2020, 05:04
.
... no idea how to run your command...
and if it's in a .bat file,
how to chain it at the end of FF.batch in taskmanager.

Yes, thanks
I did the same reasoning.
without that dir, it's working fine.
Nonetheless, no idea what I was getting the error for.

Re: Error starting a new run after stopping the previous on - Lock is on
Ok, Thanks !!!
---- just a short answer:
If I use (STOP) I expect FFS will delete it's own lock.
That maybe didn't happen, but not sure. see below.
I then deleted manually BOTH locks.
Relaunching the same job will created the two .locks, (correctly I supposed)
then went in "error waiting for locks ...

Error starting a new run after stopping the previous on - Lock is on
No idea why to-day is so error prone.
I stopped the previous run.... excluded a Problematic directory, then launched it again.
No way to get rid of the error
a) stopped then manually delete both files in sending and receiving directory.
b) checked computer date/time
Lost me completely.

Stuck on an "Error retry" - errors in LOG I dont understand
I's the same batch I've used so far.
Now it's more then 30 minutes stuck in an iteration on automatic retry,
and the item remaining number dont change.
a) what is the culprit
- cannot read the long file name string appearing when the timer is zeroed
- Is there a way to understand who it is trying ...

Not sure if it was previously requested.
.... but using FFS mainly as a batch, kicked up by TaskSched....
I would really appreciate to have this feature, instead of having to remember to check every day my logs.
Thanks
