I have about 80 GB that I am syncing for the first time, its been as low as a 200K per second, and as high as about 5MB per second. I have a MacBook Pro with AC wireless, and am backing up to a Mac Time Capsule. Not sure why the performance is so low. I would think I should be averaging 20 MB per ...
