The error has started occurring again...

1:37:12 PM Error Cannot copy file
"C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache\FontCache-Obsolete-609.dat" to
"Y:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache\FontCache-Obsolete-609~8eed.ffs_tmp".
ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND ...

I have tried everything I can find on this error, still nothing solves the problem. FFS is running as Admin, I have enabled "Copy Locked Files". FFS creates the ShadowCopy as it should. When the ShadowCopy files are being copied, many if not all of the copied files will error. See below...
