OK solved. I never thought to check the mount points. Normally when I install a OS drives / partitions are under /run/media/, I always change them to be under /mnt/. Somehow I missed music when switching them. All sorted now.

I have FreeFileSync set to mirror from several drives and partitions to a master backup drive. I just reinstalled my OS and added back FFS and my profiles for it. When I do the one for the browser default folders it's perfect, but when I hit compare on the one for the master backup FFS is showing ...
