RealTime Sync Commands

I have a Linux PC (Ubuntu 18.4 LTS), what commands do I put in the RealTime Sync bar? Especially to start syncing.

I keep getting the Error that's shown in the picture. How do I fix it so the Sync run fine?

Can you guys help me w/ this, there's a Real Time Sync Task I want to stop but not sure how to do it. Please help w/ this.

Recent Ubuntu releases don't show the notification area anymore where the RTS icon is located. One solution is to make the notification area visible again (instructions can be found via Google). The only other way is to simply kill the RTS process via System Monitor (or command line).
