Hi!
I'm using this program to keep mirrors and updates of my libraries and for example desktop.ini files are not copied. This makes reconciliation very difficult - almost impossible. Is this intended behavior? Is there a way to force it? I have very complex directory structure and really large number of these files.

Check your filters, it excludes those by default
