It looks like the file content was changed outside of FreeFileSync during the FTP file upload, thous the error message.

How should I solve this problem? Thanks!

Make sure that the source file content does not change outside of FreeFileSync during the FTP file upload.

Okay, so you're in an FTP download case and FFS somehow gets an incorrect listing with file sizes of 0. How can that be?
What does the FTP server return to the "FEAT" response? (test e.g. with FileZilla)
Do you have a test access to this server that I could use for testing?

Let's dig deeper. The following version will return an error message with debugging info, when the file "H48B7801.QCI" is found: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ooapjs1n5f150lg/FreeFileSync_11.28_%255BBeta%255D_Windows_Setup%25286%2529.exe

The FTP server is returning incorrect information for "Size" and "Modify". This seems to be a bug in the FTP server software with regards to the "MLSD" command.
According to your previous test the response should be:
For a test comparable to what FreeFileSync is doing you could enter MLSD followed by a path:
