The device does not support this operation when synchronizing files in FreeFileSync version 11.29.

It sure does, cause you can't get an error about the recycle bin not being accessible if it isn't trying to be accessed. Check your settings

I've tried turning on FreeFileSync repeatedly, and sometimes I can transfer some files. I also tried switching languages and it worked sometimes.I tried reinstalling, and also tried installing FreeFileSync on another PC, with the same result.
