A "CrashDump" file appeared on my desktop. What do I do with it?

You can send it to me via email, and I'll have a look.

I sent it to zenju [at] freefilesync.org.
This was the response:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
zenju [at] freefilesync.org <mailto:zenju [at] freefilesync.org> A problem occurred while delivering your message to this email address. Try sending your message again.
Diagnostic information for administrators:

zenju [at] freefilesync.org
Remote server returned '554 5.0.0 < #5.0.0>'

Does it work if you try sending the message again?

mailto:zenju [AT] freefilesync.org
You need to replace " [AT] " with the @ symbol ;-).[AT]

That's the address I used before and it bounced with the error I documented above.

I resent to the same address and received the same error.

I received an email from "forum [at] freefilesync.org" (you?) but there is no log of it here. Not sure if I should reply to that email directly or post again here.
The "[AT]" isn't anything I entered - it's inserted by the system.
So...how do I get this dump file to you? Every time I send to "zenju [at] freefilesync.org" it bounces. Note that I just typed an at sign, not "[AT]". Can we just get away from this lame forum application?

Yep, it's the forum application. Every time I type an at sign and post, it is changed to "[AT]" when I click Submit.
Do you have an email address that is not connected to this forum? A shared file server?
I have an idea. I'll post it to my public file server and post the link here:

Let me know if that works.

Indeed, this is done by the forum software. The "[AT]" isn't anything I entered - it's inserted by the system.

The file is empty (zero bytes). Anyway, your're only on 12.1. Whatever was causing the crash might have been fixed in the latest version.I have an idea. I'll post it to my public file server and post the link here: zorvek, 01 May 2023, 17:06

Oh nuts! All that for an empty dump file!
OK, I'll install a later version and we'll see what happens. All in all, these dump files are very rare and I like how the application works.
