13.0 Donation Edition can not install in Win 11

Today FreeFileSync show 13.0 are available,but i can not install.It show "installer file has invalid content ...Setup.key" I use win 11.

Downloads from outside of China frequently get corrupted because garbage TCP packages are deliberately inserted by [government agency]. There is nothing FreeFileSync could do about this. Try downloading a few times, until it works.

aka, Registered.dat, should be identical between any particular version number - regardless of packaging (.exe installer vs Portable).

You might compare the two files & see if in fact they are identical.
(Matter of fact, you could compare all the files. [You'd have to extract them from the _Setup.exe to do that.] And they should all be identical except for [the name] Registered.dat vs ..._Setup.key, & [likely] animal.dat.

[Looks like there was a silent update, so if you compare from a download of 2 days ago vs a download from today & if there are diffs there, just download the installer, again.)

Aside from the .key file, the _Setup.exe itself (on Windows) should (?) hash compare, regardless (?) (& aside from any silent updates) ?

The file is the same as the one on your computer. Maybe the problem is caused by Windows system.

The issue has been fixed! Please download the updated installer from the FreeFileSync homepage.

Turns out there is some weird behavior/bug: When InnoSetup searches for the 0 character via a macro (#0) on a system with Chinese locale, it returns the wrong result. Converting #0 to a Unicode string first, fixes the search. Don't ask me why.
