Hello,
Does FFS retain timestamps on folders when synchronize/mirror/update? Or is option in paid/donated vers?
Am new to FFS and read at another site that FFS does NOT retain. Need to know beforehand as cannot undo if trial&error. Thanks in advance. A
Anyone confirm? Date/Time stamps

Plerry - many thanks for answer. Not sure why did not find but used Google search. In thread, GateArray said "...use the workaround with ROBOCOPY using "/CREATE" switch to create / fix the folders date." Would you know/have instrucs on how to apply in CMD window?
SonicRings in another thread suggested command "robocopy "source" "destination" /s /copy:at /dcopy:t /timfix." It generated 3 changes when expected only 1 change. Would you know what is command, if want to apply only to specific folders? Kind regards, T

The obvious way to go, is to consult a Robocopy Manual.

I saw that too. Unfortunately, am not highly versed in writing commands. Rather not trial and error live, and then not have enough knowledge to undo results. As it were, I already got above results and not sure how got 3 changes. Thanks anyway Plerry.

My only wish for FFS: an option to preserve the correct timestamps of subdirectories.I saw that too. Unfortunately, am not highly versed in writing commands.
