Thumbs.db not synced

Hello,
I test your software since yesterday and I notice a weakness: it forgets to indicate that the Thumbs.db file is not synchronized.

FFS does not forget to report that Thumbs.db is not synchronized,
Thumbs.db is simply one of the default entries in the Exclude Filter, as it does not make sense to sync that file (just like e.g. desktop.ini files).

OK, it does not allow synchronization but it does not appear.

In Heatsoft ADCS (software that I want to replace because no longer available) it appears.
This allows me to erase it.
