Last sync timestamp not updting

I am running the donation version - 12.2 64 bit. My last few syncs the timestamp showing the completion of the sync has not updated.

I'll watch this the next time I do a backup and 1) make sure there is only 1 copy running and 2) check the setting mentioned in the other thread. Thanks for the pointer to the other conversation.
File I/O and timestamping can be a tough nut to crack.
