FFS speed....

Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions...
But is the speed of the "data content comparison" faster in the donate version?
I have 2 drives that I want to compare. Occupied with currently 370GB and FFS required 3.45 hours for it.

Not at all. The only possible performance improvement in the donation edition is parallel threads. Parallel threads are basically guaranteed not to help with your case.
