I hadn't synched my files for 12 days. I updated Free File Sync to version 12.3, synched my files and closed the program last night. Today I opened Free File Sync, and it said that all my folders hadn't been synched for 12 days!
When trying to synch one of my folders manually, Free File Sync said that all the files were up to date, and the "not synched for 12 days" red warning was replaced by the green check mark for that folder.
Is this a bug?
Free File Sync 12.3 not showing last synchronization time correctly

Maybe you have more than 1 instance of the app opened? Bizarrely, FreeFileSync default on allowing multiple instances. The time listed will be the one on the last instance you closed. If for example, you have 2 windows open:
A - the 1st window you opened but never did any syncing
B - the 2nd window you opened where you did the syncing
If you closed B before closing A, you get A's time, which is the one before you did any syncing. This has happened to me multiple times when I forgot that I have A minimized.
