Serach and copy from Source incl. Tree to Target simply one Folder

First of all, many thanks for this great Time Saver!

Is there any possibility to sync files by tape from a Source Folder incl. Subfolders and sync it simply to a Target Folder without any Subdirectories.

Thanks but copy with for /r has no possibility that actual file is save, means no parameters to act date options. Of curse its not a classic sync but shore not a big thin in tools like that.
Everything i know well and the described WA works well, but do that every hour manually is not an option in my case.
