Exit code 1 error using RealTimeSync

I have my Windows 10 computer launch RealTimeSync with task manager and it's been working amazingly up until last week when I had a power surge. Now after RealTimeSync scans my folders and backs up my files successfully, I get a message that an error has occurred, exit code 1. I uninstalled all FreeFileSync and RealTimeSync files from my computer and deleted the FreeFileSync folder from my ProgramFiles directory and I still have issues.

Here's how I have task manager set up:

Action: Start a program
Program/script: "C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\RealTimeSync.exe"
Add arguments: "C:\Users\Sage\Documents\Batch Jobs\Excel Sheets Update.ffs_batch"

See, RTS fails with error Command ""C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\FreeFileSync.exe".......

What version of FFS?
(Somewhere, of recent times, there were changes to .ffs_batch [syntax], & also regarding error/warning [notifications].)

it was on version 11.4 when the issue started, now I am on the latest 12.5
