Linux-Version: back up Thunderbird profile

Recently I changed from Windows to use rather Linux (Kubuntu LTS 22.04).
In Windows I used FFS for backing up all my files - including the complete Profile for Thunderbird (with mails, calendars, addresses ...). Now - in Linux - the Profiles cannot be selected, because they are in a hidden directory that I don't see in the list.
Note 1: in Dolphin I have activated the option "display hidden files" and I can see the Profile and the files in it.
Note 2: in Thunderbird I have moved the Mail-directories to a visible directory; this way I can back up the mails. However there is still the rest of the Profile with calendars, addresses etc. which I will have to back up manually (by export/import or ?)
Note 3: I am rather new in Linux/Kubuntu; it may certainly be a simple trick that I'm overlooking.

(I don't know TB, but) wouldn't all your wanted files be in your Profile folder - Thunderbird?

Even if the directory is "hidden", can't you copy its' path & paste that in as the source in FFS?

So if the directory were (& I have no clue what it might be like):
~home/.tb-hidden/this_is_my_TB_profile_folder/calendar/calendar_file_1 ...

couldn't you paste:
~home/.tb-hidden/this_is_my_TB_profile_folder/

into FFS & FFS should then see all the contained files.

Thank you for this reminder - surely I can and meanwhile I have done so. Apparently I have forgotten that there is a keyboard - probably due to excessive use of the mouse. I am sorry to have posted this problem.
