Donation version and features

hi,

I have just downloaded and interested to offer a donation . What is generally the donation that is given ?I have downloaded the normal version, i would get a key to add to this version or i would have to download a new version ?

Can anyone share what the donation version has over the normal version ?

Also , the zip function serves what purpose ? The other benefits makes sense ie - parallel copies and email notifications

When they say "zip", I think they are referring to it being the "portable" installation vs the local installation.

This way you can keep it on a flash drive and in your pocket in case you need to use it somewhere in a pinch.
