The program incorrectly compares local and network drives

When comparing the contents of the local and network disk, the program shows that some files are not on the local disk, or on the network disk, and suggests removing them when mirroring to a network disk. At the same time, these files are on the local disk for sure, moreover, the network disk was created as a mirror copy of the local one. What's the matter? There has never been such a problem before!

I would place my bets on an unstable connection or incorrect directory paths

What is the network disk? Is it going local drive to SFTP or Google or?

What software is making the network connection that FFS sees as the "network" drive?

I have a local disk on WINDOWS 7 and a NAS is also installed, which is connected over the network. The computer sees both of these disks, but when I turn on the "Comparison", the program shows that there are no files on the local disk, and you need to delete them on the network.

So, if the computer sees the network attached storage directly then FFS is not using SFTP to talk to the Nas, correct. Both the source & destination are considered local drives.

Yah, I'd start by breaking the sync down into a small chunk of what you're trying to and see if you can get one local folder to compare to the same folder on the Nas and then properly synchronize.

Once you get one small piece working properly you'll be more comfortable expanding it to cover more folders and you'll probably during the course of that discover what is wrong with the way you have it set up now.

Something has to be wrong somewhere in the setup it's just not easy for you to see without breaking it down.

It sound like your left and right base location are defined incorrectly (i.e.: the do not "match").
FFS will Compare (and Sync) the content of your left and right base-locations; each in the same path relative to your left and right base-location.

If you give more details on your base-locations and the files (and absolute path thereto) that seem to miss left-side but exist right-side, I may be able to pinpoint the problem.
