Hello,
I come back with an issue I still have when I try to connect in FTPes protocol within FreeFileSync.
(not SFTP protocol but FTPes)
So if I understood good enough, "FTPes" is an FTP connection with explicit SSL/TLS case on... So when I try to configure the ftpes directory on server path, I have the alert :
«
Cannot read directory "ftp://freebox@******.freeboxos.fr:25611/Freebox".
CURLE_PARTIAL_FILE: server did not report OK, got 426
426 Data channel closed. [curl_easy_perform]
»
So as you can see, there is "ftp" insteed of "ftpes" at the beginning of the FTP URL.
What am I doing wrong ?
How to connect with "ftpes" protocol within FFS ?
Thank you very much for your help,
Guy

(I'll assume FFS does not support ftpes [something I'd never heard of before].
FTPS vs. FTPES: Which Should You Use?)

You can look for a cloud mount utility program. There are several companies that make software that does nothing other than mount cloud drives. Cloudmounter is one that supports FTPS. Not free though. When I saw their .net domain extension I thought they might be open source, only they're not. There are free options and others are paid.

@Flowers4 : thanks for this idea... So I tried to use VPN instead, and it works !
Even if I think it is a bit not quick enough, it seems to work well enough, and it not needs any particular software : VPN client is native in Windows, and VPN server is provided by my distant intenet box, so for me and for now this issue is not an issue anymore.
Thank you all for your time helping me !
